Federally licensed firearms dealers in California

A federal licence is not the same as being able to process your transfer.

California requires a private-party transfer to be handled by a dealer on the state DOJ’s Centralized List. The Department does not release that list — we requested it and were refused under Penal Code § 26715 — so this directory is built from the federal licence list instead.
